Customer Support Representative

Four Inc. is seeking Customer Support Representatives to join our growing team of professionals!

Position Description: A Four Inc. Customer Support Representative will be deployed at a customer site in Alexandria, Virginia to provide Information Technology (IT) acquisition support services. The Customer Support Center will support federal government employees from Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, to serve as the single interface for a variety of customer inquiries including information technology services and products acquisition and contracts (ranging from simple to complex). Customer Support Representatives also provide analysis of data, quality improvement activities, oversight of Frequently Asked Questions, and procedural documents.

Four Inc. is looking to fill several positions, ranging from junior (2-3 years of experience) to experienced (5+ years of experience) professionals.

Qualifications:
Business-minded, self-motivated, and polished individual that is comfortable and poised in a variety of business settings. A Bachelor's degree in Business or an equivalent achievement in a related discipline is required, in addition to the following:

Senior Technical Architect

Four Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to join our growing team of professionals! A FOUR Inc. Senior Technical Architect provide on-site customer support to a federal client in Washington DC.

The successful candidate will possess a clear understanding of the concepts applied to an architectural framework with particularly deep knowledge of Technical Reference Models (TRM) as subsets to the standards-based Joint Technical Architecture – Army and the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework.

This is a highly visible position that requires interaction with senior executives/program managers in a variety of settings. Key functions include developing and maintaining a high-level design for hardware and software architecture with overall technical leadership and consulting to the customer, engaging and partnering with customers at a detailed, operational, compliance and financial level, and building solutions from high-level customer requirements, including solutions ready for implementation.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or an equivalent achievement in a related discipline is required, in addition to the following:

Project Manager
Four Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support a federal project. The ideal candidate is highly experienced with proven diplomatic and relationship management skills across a variety of software and infrastructure initiatives.

A Four Inc. Project Manager is responsible for the coordination of project activities and client contact. The PM shall be responsible for scheduling, tracking, risk analysis, cost management, variances, change management, evaluating, and controlling the project, in addition to noticing and acting on potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop RFPs and Requests for Information (RFIs) for external services as necessary
• Gather, document, present, and validate system requirements, and application dependencies in order to define project solution architecture
• Develop and maintain single project plan for all initiatives that highlights timeline and overlapping resource needs and conflicts.
• Manage projects' scope, risks, budget, schedule and overall quality to deliver projects within scope, on time, and within budget
• Oversee project staff, which may include multiple sub-contractors, to ensure accurate, on-time completion of all project tasks and deliverables
• Communicate regularly to and incorporate feedback from sponsors, management, staff, and other project stakeholders as directed
• Manage change requests
• Manage vendors, ensuring responsive and thorough communication with County
• Oversee quality assurance process

The successful candidate will possess the following:
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years recent Project Management experience that ideally includes Business Intelligence software implementations
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, concurrent, high-visibility projects and easily shift focus as required
• At least 1 year of experience with IT acquisition services
• Demonstrated ability to obtain commitment and quality work products from employees
• Experience authoring contract documents and deliverables
• Excellent written communication skills, with an emphasis on the ability to synthesize jargon-laden, technical information into concise terminology understandable to laymen
• Diplomatic skills -- demonstrated ability to interface successfully with a variety of audiences, including executives, in a professional and confidential manner
• Ability to relate well to senior management, directors of government departments, elected officials, and technical personnel
• Experience capturing requirements for both software and infrastructure projects
• Experience translating business requirements to functional and technical specifications
• Strong analytical skills -- candidate will not simply manage project, will help define and/or evaluate solutions

Acquisitions Business Analyst
Four Inc. is seeking an Acquisitions Business Analyst to join our growing team of professionals!

Position Description: Acquisition Business Analysts provide on-site customer support to the Information Management Acquisition efforts of federal clients in Washington DC. The successful candidate will be required to execute functions and manage processes and relationships in support of the enterprise software licensing and IT acquisition team for a federal agency. This is a high-visibility position that requires interaction with C-level and other senior executives/program managers in a variety of settings. Key functions include tracking software license usage across a national/global organization, providing vital budget/forecasting support throughout the federal government’s fiscal year, providing stakeholders with reports/dashboard updates, and serving as a liaison managing relationships between multiple Vendor/Federal representatives and internal stakeholders. Incumbent will also serve as an internal product leader managing and supporting the ordering process that provides organizational customers with select enterprise software licenses.

This opportunity also includes responsibilities related to supporting new acquisitions through various stages of the federal acquisition lifecycle to include writing and evaluating SOWs, brand justifications, investment justifications, proposals, supporting negotiations, evaluating quotes, etc. Other duties include conducting business analysis to output deliverables in various forms (Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, PowerPoint slides…) for use by program managers and executive-level staff to support high-level decision making regarding enterprise IT investments. Possessing 2 or more years of relevant professional experience. A Bachelor's degree in Business or an equivalent achievement in a related discipline is required, in addition to the following:
